Fortuitous

I had business meetings in London yesterday, which gave me the chance to walk between venues and take a few pictures.  I was fortunate to stumble upon the display of Poppies outside Westminster Abbey.  Whilst very poignant and sombre, they are also quite photogenic, but the task to represent them tastefully is not so easy.  Hopefully I acheived it.

I took a few pictures of other landmarks which have all been done to death (is there any part of London that hasn't been photographed) but my favourite is the cheeky Seagull that was making an awful row on the wall of the Thames, with Parliament and Big Ben in the background behind him.

See the rest here.
